Very poor aftersales service. Quoted 7-10 days leadtime for a bike that took approx 9 weeks to arrive. Communication from Bike House non existent, very blasé and dismissive when phoning to chase for information. Eventually got some information and order was expedited with Trek. It still didn’t arrive when suggested and nobody contacted me yet again. Turns out they were aware that the lead-times were ambiguous and were having supply issued but never thought to say this to me. Once I collected, the handover was pretty numb, very little information offered and not even an apology. I think the company already had the opportunity to put this right but still fell short with bad comms and attitude even when the problem was taken on and dedicated to one person.
For completeness, Declan was very helpful and patient at helping me select a bike and I’m very happy with the product.
They clearly know their bikes and have good products, just non-existent customer service and poor at working with people.
Friendly, speedy service, chatted through the service options and made sure I wasn't overpaying for one given the current state of my bike.
Bike was returned spotless and ready to be brought in for the winters turbo sessions.
