Communication was poor. I ordered online and the tracking and delivery time was non existent. It took over 2 weeks for the bike to be ready for collection. One of the main reasons I ordered was because the bike was available, in stock and I would get it before I went back to work after time off. In fact I chose a more expensive bike because it was in stock. I didn’t get the bike before I returned to work. The website said the bike was in stock. It still had to be delivered from the warehouse. The website also says for large items like bikes it can take up to 48 hours for collection. I called twice and was told it would take 7-10 days from one staff member and 3 weeks from another. I’m happy with the bike but the experience overall was poor and I wouldn’t recommend it to friends or family.
