Brought 2 bikes in for servicing and needed some questions answered. The bikes were done on time, the work was beautiful and the bill was no surprise. Then Josh helped me load my bikes and in the process I learned a better way to load them on my bike rack … I had no idea there was a better way. This shop and the people who work there are top notch!! Amazing!

Justin, John, and crew are amazing! They turned around our last request in short order and we were out riding for the holiday weekend, instead of wishing our bike was ready.
We've purchased several bikes from the Bike hub over the last 15 years or so; the service is always top grade, they are friendly and funny; and absolutely know their way around a wrench.
Highly recommend this company for your next machine or repair, just keep your blinders on while you're there; you'll be waiting for that repair and there are dozens and dozens of high end bikes calling your name.

We have been working with John in searching for an e-bike for me. His cheerful and enthusiastic personality Certainly sets him apart. The staff at the Spokane Valley store were also very helpful when we started our search. Both locations have staff that are knowledgeable, helpful, down to earth and make it easy to make them our "home" bike shop.
