John was very helpful in getting my first e-bike. He helped in verifying the fit was right before buying. Once purchased, he showed me all of the features and again made sure it was the right fit and ready to ride. He went above and beyond and I was very confident in my purchase. I will be back with any other bike needs, and I’m very happy I went with The Bike Hub!
A nice inviting store with good people working there and providing good service for purchase of a Washington State electric lottery bicycle.. However, when selling bike lights you really should tell customers how to charge them. I bought two which, it turned out, charged in different ways and neither came with instructions. I was unable to figure out either procedure at home nor on the Internet which actually provided incorrect information. Had to make a special trip back to the store for instructions. I was very unhappy and frustrated that you had complicated something so simple just by not providing instructions.
Very eager to help, even if it's just a flat tire! I'm on my 5th bike with these guys and they will continue to get my business. Always friendly, helpful and understanding.
I had great service and attention from the people at the Bike Hub. They were knowledgeable, let me try out bikes, looked up availability of other bikes, and made it easy to order one. When the bike came in, they put it together, added the additional components I wanted, and made sure the bike was fit to me. They were super friendly and didn’t make me feel intimidated, even though I hadn’t bought a bike in 25 years. The bike I got is high quality, and I have no doubt they will stand behind it.
It's so great to have a LBS. I've been going to them for about 10 years now, and Bike Hub has never steered me wrong or tried to upsell me. And their mechanic services are always spot on. Have kept my 2014 FS 29er riding gorgeously, including a 1x conversion, new tires, new dropper, you name it. I'm not in there much more than once or twice a year, but I picked up my bike a week after it was due once and the guy behind the counter knew my name.
