Buying a bike online was very easy. I have 2 stores near me, Oswego and St.Charles. I decided to pick it up in St.Charles because I was like a little kid and didnt want to have to wait for it. Anyway. I'm not new to cycling, I owned a Giant Defy 5 and we went for many MS150 rides, rode the Tri-State Tour and just general fitness. One thing on that bike was I could never get comfortable. Measuring, adjustments, could not get it comfortable. I had the bike for about 5 years and when I gave up on the MS endurance rides(still didnt get my Century in) I decided to sell it. Too much equipment to put on to ride, not to mention the comfort level as well. I just wanted to hop on and go. I then ended up buying a used Jamis Allegro 1X and honestly, it has seen better days. I never rode it very far because of, you guessed it, comfort. Just wasnt there. Friday I saw the Verve1 on sale and bought it. I got it home Saturday, took it off the car rack and parked it. I wasnt ready to ride it yet. I looked it over, grinned and moved it around. Today(Sunday) I finally got to adjust the seat and rotated the handlebars back just a smidge. I finally found a bike that fits me very well. My butt goes on the seat where it's supposed to and my perinium is not supporting all my weight(lord knows there is enough of it)! Customer service at the shop was awesome, Lance did a great job explaining things to me and the lady who checked me out, I'm sorry I didnt get your name, but you were very kind and helpful!

Your selection of bikes and prices are competitive and fair. We bought a bike a couple of years ago and were exceptionally happy with the service.
