The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even talked to Trek about the safety issues with my brakes and covering their replacement with the warranty.

The people I worked with were excellent. Knowledgeable, pleasant, and helpful are good descriptions of their excellent customer service. I did not get names and wish I had so I could share them. One was a lady who reviewed the issue I had with my rim and the other was a thin gentleman who replaced the rim tape and installed a new tube.
