I visited The Bike Rack several times over the past few months, trying to decide whether to buy a new bike, and which model. Each time, the various sales persons were always very knowledgeable and helpful. They never pushed for a sale…which is why I finally bought from them. And, as an aside, the Trek bike I bought is great.
