I can always count on the tech guys at the front to keep me riding. James, Gabe and the rest of the team are always helpful and resourceful. I've taken my bikes to other bike repair stores but their turnaround times, service quality and price are driving factors which will always make the Bike store central my prefered bike shop.
I went to the bike shop macleaod and I was waiting for a long time before anybody came to help. I asked a guy there and he said he will come but he assisted more people that arrived after me. Finally someone helped me but the whole experience was not good. I went then to the bike shop central and it was fast and efficient. I understand sometimes is busy but I didn’t get a good costumer experience at Macleaod.
Connor assisted me on my first visit and subsequent visit the next day. I was considering purchasing a downhill e-bike but still new to all the technilogies and options. He was super knowledgeable, shared recommendations and never pressured me. He showed me a few comparable and outlined pros and cons.
I ultimately purchased a bike, outfitted it with a few mods and am beyond happy with the experience and bike.
Everyone I spoke to on the phone and in person was super helpful and understanding. I received some really great advice while on my bike buying journey. Although I purchased a bike elsewhere I don’t want this to dampen the fact that my experience with TBS was nothing short of excellent and I only chose not to purchase a bike due to a lack of size and the time of year. You guys are awesome, keep it going!
