The sales person was patient, answered all our questions and researched when she wasn't certain about an issue. She gave us a test drive and thoroughly explained everything. I had a great Bike Fit session at Complete Physiotherapy with Spencer. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about athletic performance and how the right bike fit can prevent pain and injury. I noticed a big difference right away—especially with the new seat he recommended, since my old one was the wrong size. That was just one of several issues he identified and corrected. I only wish I had done this years ago! I will definitely be getting a professional bike fit for my next new bike purchase. Highly recommend.
