Your staff are always super helpful and friendly in addition to being knowledgeable and enthusiastic about building Calgary’s cycling community. The Bike Shop is the only place I go for all my cycling needs. From new bikes to minor servicing, I know I’ll always get the help I need from people who have my best interests in mind.

Went in to set up a service appointment, young man was very helpful and addressed minor issues and set up find a compatible date for complete bike service

I have made an online order, however the product could not be delivered. I was then contacted by the team who was able to provide a very good alternative for the product, at a very interesting price. Problem solved, I'm very happy with the solution. Staff at the central store (where I picked up the bike) is very friendly and helpful as well, I will definitely come back.
