Always happy to go the extra mile. The team was ready to do a tire swap on Sunday and managed to work me in for other service items with absolute conviction and dedication. Even cleaned up my bike and provided a great deal on parts and service. Definitely the best place in Calgary and possibly all of Canada. Craig V is managing the store and really is a great guy to work with. Now set me up on great Road MTB and E bike options.

You guys never disappoint. The service group is second to none. Always willing to help. Always quick. If they can do it right then and there they do, as opposed to making an appt for every little thing. I will continue to go here for anything bike related.

Number 1 your repair team is fast and friendly and I really like how they assess if it’s an easy repair that can be done without an appointment. I came in about an hour before closing, to have a flat tire repaired and pedals exchanged (brought a new set in from home). The bike mechanic went above and beyond what was required to get my bike back on the road - he was welcoming, seemed happy to provide me with details about my bike's tire, and troubleshooting in the future. He also topped up the air to both tires, tightened the presta valve cores, fixed one of my disc brake's position, and put my new pedals on. I felt well taken care of, and confident that my bike was back in great shape. In fact, it's in even better shape than when I had purchased it new a month ago from a different bike shop. I'm very grateful for the time, education, and service. Appreciate all that you do for our cycling community!
