The biggest thing that separates you from the other bike shops is how you have mechanics on the floor that take requests on demand. This is very valuable to have small things get done on my bike quickly

Staff have always been very good with communication from when we first ordered and received our bikes to when we have required service. Clayton and David have been particularly good when it has come to warranty and service issue. Highly recommend them to friends and family.
Matt at the south location really started the experience off well. His knowledge and non pressure communication was particularly appreciated. When I figured out the bike I wanted he offered to bring it in from another store or I could go get it. Evan at the central location was quick to assist in completing the purchase and got me on my way. Happy to be riding my new bike!
I took my bike in for check after significant fall to check the bike for damage. I was promptly looked after. The bike was checked over and any adjustments were made on the spot as there was no significant damage. The service technician explained the issues very clearly in a friendly and professional manner. I was very confident in the work performed.
the staff was excellent and very helpful, not only with helping me pick up two of the bikes for Moxy but also with helping my wife pick up fenders for her bike and helping me choose a CO2 inflator.
Had an issue with some Smith glasses I'd purchased a few years ago at the store and, even though I couldn't find the receipt, they worked with the Smith people to get me a credit (which I used towards buying a new pair of Smith glasses). Great support, thanks!
