Service department is always so helpful in explaining what my bike needs. On multiple occasions I thought I was due for a full 'The Works' tune-up and the bike technicians @ The Bike Shop checked out my bike and deemed it wasn't necessary. As much as I'm happy to support the shop and pay for services, I appreciate that you don't try to upsell customers on unnecessary servicing. That definitely keeps me coming back! Thanks!

James and Vlad are awesome. they know everything there is to know about bikes. they normally fix it on the spot. I can usually just ride in. Sometimes they fix things and there isn't even a cost. I will DEFINITELY buy my next bike from you guys just for how awesome your service group is. thank you James and Vlad! I recommend you guys to everyone, and I also buy accessories for family members as gifts to send them your way :)

The Selection in store is great with lots to choose from. The only thing that can be improved on is knowing your audience (easier said than done also as the very helpful kid appeared to be new). The first person training the new employee when i said i was there for MTB shoes did not ask what type i was looking for past flats or clipless and went straight for the enduro side understanding your audience or asking the right questions wouldve given this experience a 10. Still a great shop and nowhere else im going to spend my money

Considerate and helpful customer service. There could be a larger selection of locks, but I got what I needed. The floor is attractive and open so it's pleasing to browse.
