Was great service all around. From Connor’s help sourcing a new dropper post and scheduling me in for install to the install itself from the great service team. Knowledgeable and friendly. Only reason for a 9 was that I had to come back again after realizing I didn’t have the old parts when I picked up. Not a huge deal, but was a bit inconvenient.

I really enjoyed how friendly the staff is, they don’t make you feel intimidated at all. I haven’t bought a bike in 16 years, so I was a little rusty in regards to my knowledge about bikes, but the staff member was very knowledgeable and helpful. The bikes in this shop are top quality and I’ll never buy a bike anywhere else.
