The staff is always friendly and polite. I appreciate having a local bike shop that's there to support me with any future mechanical issues wtih my bike. I bought my bike and bike accessories there, and although I know I could probably find these products cheaper online, I enjoy supporting the local business.

My repair experiences have always been done in quick turnaround and professionally done. Would definitely recommend them for all your bicycle needs. Seem to have a good selection of new bicycles too.

The bike shop is a great place to get the latest in gear & service, it’s a one stop shop. Tracey and Ryan are very friendly and knowledgeable. They work on all bikes but sale Trek brand bikes. We highly recommend The Bike Shop, Redding, California 👍🚴‍♂️

Family friendly atmosphere. No pressure to buy. Good deal on an e-bike. Information on how to use my e-bike and they also did a great job tuning up my 40 year old precious pedal bike. Great experience!
