Fast efficient and very knowledgeable employees. I’m always greeted with a friendly smile and if Tracey and Ryan are busy they’ll acknowledge me and help me a quickly as possible. The products are high quality and the prices are very reasonable. The warranty is excellent and the they can always get my parts.I’m not sure why anyone would purchase a bike from a big box store. Just absolutely the best Bike Shop in Redding!

We love The Bike Shop! The owners are awesome folks who have been in the business here in Redding for decades. They are always friendly, and when you purchase anything at The Bike Shop you are going to get a great product from genuine nice people and a family business. They also do amazing repairs on your bicycles. Highly recommended for whatever your bicycle needs are!

The service component of the shop is beyond compare! The quality of their bicycles (Trek) is topnotch. The only place I will shop for parts, bicycles, accessories.. Ryan and Tracy are the most genuinely friendly owners; I always am greeted with a smile when I am in their shop.

I was impressed on the size of the shop it's really big and you guys are so nice and knowledgeable, I would recommend it to anyone, they have the nicest bikes from old to new. They make you feel at home when you get there, it's a great place shop.

I very much appreciate the personal feel of a locally owned family business. Ryan and Tracey genuinely care about your bike riding experience and do their best to meet your needs. The Bike Shop may not be the largest bike store in Redding but have always helped with our family bicycle purchases (5) along with accessories and service and repairs when needed.
