Your staff is fantastic and very knowledgeable. The helped me and my two boys find bikes that are excellent. The person who helped us took the time to explain things to us, and then set the bikes up for us as well. It was an amazing experience and I would 100% recommend this store to anyone looking for a new bike, or for service.

I've bought all my bikes at the Bike Shop since I moved to Alberta in 2011. The service and staff are impeccable, I keep coming back because everyone at your stores is just awesome. They're not just trying to sell me a bike, every time I come in for a part or service the staff raise the bar just a little higher. Keep it up, you're all amazing!
