I had ordered my bike online and was surprised at how quickly I was able to pick it up from the store as it wasn’t in stock at that particular location. Matt was extremely helpful in getting my bike all ready to ride. I would definitely recommend this location!

Huge thanks to Doug for the excellent service! He quickly diagnosed the issues with my bike—a bent derailleur hanger, rear derailleur, and a loose cassette lockring. The repair was done efficiently, and I was able to make my endurance ride the very next morning. It’s great to have a mechanic who’s knowledgeable, honest, and gets you back on the road without unnecessary delays. Highly recommend Doug and the shop!

The young fellas lol, I’m kinda old so… were very helpful and polite etc and patient with us while I figured out what I wanted. As a matter of fact all the staff we talked to were very nice. Got a great deal on the bike I wanted and some sweet clothing deals too!

The staff at The Bike Shop South have always taken care of us but this experience was above and beyond. We had a difficult waranty issue to deal with and Calvin and the service techs worked really hard to make sure we were happy. Thank you all. You have customers for life.

I had exceptional customer service from 1 (then 2) young sales attendants. He helped me find the right product (kids ride shotgun), check for compatibility with my bike, then installed it for me. I was with my two small children and the service was outstanding. It allowed us to head for a ride right after the bike shop and made all the difference to me instead of struggling myself to install. Made my day. I will most definitely be coming back and recommending. Thanks to the young guys who helped me out. (Sorry I didn’t get their names).

The desk fellow was medium helpful, but when he took me to the tech (Doug?) when i asked a more detailed question, Doug was a fountain of information and seemed happy to share it. He’s a great resource and credit tothe company.
