I had a tune up that came with the purchase of my bike. Unfortunately I didn’t ride as much as I had hoped and instead of holding a hard line on the date, you were flexible and allowed me to hold off on this service until later and then honoured it this winter. The technicians are always the most helpful (I had a great experience from this summer as well) and everyone is willing to help out. Very impressed with the overall service from everyone that has helped us.

Knowledgeable service technicians. The Bike Shop was able to repair and service my bike with a Shimano internal gear hub. There staff was also very helpful when I was looking for accessories for my bike.

You tuned up my bike did and awesome job you also replaced the chain the price was not bad. You also gave me helpful tips on how to maintain my bike. I was 5 mins late to pick it up and you waited so I could come even thought the store was closed. I love my new Rocky mountain e-bike that I purchased here last March hours of fun.
