Appreciate that I can have a sales associate help me, and that I'm not waiting around for 30minutes seeking out a person. Every person we've worked with has been eager to help. Colin is an associate that stood out. He was patient and helpful in seeking out the right bike for us. Even a bike that wasn't on the floor, he checked Trek and said that you guys can bring it in.

I take my bikes to the Bike Shop South for any repairs or maintenance I don't do myself. I can always trust the advice from Doug, Dan and the other mechanics. They give an honest assessment of the bike, make minor adjustments as needed and advise if other work is necessary for efficient and safe cycling. The price. Wish you had Salsa? Good staff very knowledgeable. no hassle and happy to help you learn more about cycling. Could have more entry level and helmets are nutty costs.
