I was very impressed with the customer service I received at the Bike Shop. Everyone I came in contact with was very helpful and friendly. They unloaded my bike , then Doug installed two new tubes in the tires. He first checked that they were necessary. This was a small purchase but I was treated like a VIP. We chatted while he worked. I asked about electric bikes. I am thinking of purchasing one and it will definitely be from the bike shop. Thank-you for making that errand a pleasant one.
