Came in with my bike, thinking I needed a new cassette chain and potentially a derailer hanger. The amazing tech took the time to check it all out and it wound up only needing a chain when other bike shops had advised I needed all three. Just amazing service thank you so much. He took the time to teach me about a bunch of different things and care of my trek power fly e-bike.

Staff was friendly and attentitive and answered questions when asked. When I said I wanted to purchase the bike the salesmans attention ended there. It is a bike that has electronic shifting and it would have been a great help if the salesman had gone over some points on the e shifting and bike features rather than me having to grind out all answers through brute force and trial and error.

This was my first time purchasing a bike from the bike shop. I was very impressed with the variety of options and range in prices. I was most impressed with the staff. They took the time to answer all my questions and allowed me to test ride a few bikes to make sure I had the best fit for my needs. When I came back to the store to pick up the bike I ordered, the staff was great about looking after all the little details and made sure I had everything I needed and gave me tips on how to look after the bike so it performs at its best.

The guy that helped us went above and beyond. He made some good recommendations about what we do and don't need. He took the time to explain the differences in simular products and why they were priced the way they were in terms of quality and weight. He answered all my questions; we were completely satisfied with the products we purchased and his services.
