Service Mechanic Doug is very helpful efficient and always provides 5 star + work, Front Desk Tom Kenny is very knowledgeable and friendly. He provides excellent insight and directions to make sure you get what you want that is best suited to your needs,

My first visit to this bike shop was good, but the fellow helping was a little bit awkward, but was friendly. But the second time that I visited was a better experience than the first time. The gentleman who helped me was awesome, very knowledgable and seemed more elated. I will definitely come back for all my biking essentials.

Quality products and outstanding service. Dan was the salesperson I bought my bike from. He was extremely knowledgable and took the time to answer all my questions and explain all the features. I also appreciated the ability to put a deposit down on the bike and hold it until the weather cleared for a test drive.
