Very knowledgeable staff. Bought new bikes for my wife and I and had everything I needed and was out the door in no time (and it was a busy weekend). Would highly recommend for any cycling related needs.

My first great experience and impression was not even in store yet but over the phone with Calvin. He took the time to speak to me, help me and answer all my questions I had in regards to my options/choices on a particular endurance road bike! Calvin's understanding and expertise only gave me the confidence and edified my decision. He wasn't just looking for a sale but genuinely wanted to help me. Calvin suggested and ordered the bike from their North location as he didn't have it in stock at the South so I can try the bike size/fit and for me to see and try. I called in the next day to see if the bike arrived, it did but was not built yet. I visited TBS South unannounced after work and had the opportunity to meet Calvin in person. Lucky enough the bike was built and ready for me to try out! The customer service and experience to date has been top notch! I look forward to working with Calvin and the rest of the team. Next step is selecting the color and making the order. I'll provide another review on my road bike and service in the weeks to come! Kudos The Bike Shop South in delivering a great experience over the phone and in-person! I'll be seeing you soon! -Nelson

Lots of selection and what I bought was on sale so price was great! The staff was very busy on a sunny day in spring but made sure I had the sizes I needed and were knowledgeable about the products. I went away and did some comparison shopping and then returned to buy.
