Easy staff to deal with. No Rad-itude from anyone - which is a major problem at shops in Calgary. I like that you guys make it easy to take my money. 😂
I also like the text updates if something I order comes in.
First in the door at 10 AM opening, meant we were serviced first. What I thought would be s simple delaired adjustment, turned into a new chain and cassette.....ouch! Hope that was the answer to the problem.
Joshua helped me find an e bike. I haven't rode a bike in probably 20 years! He was so kind and helpful. He let me try our a couple different bikes. He helped me find a helmet and some accessories. It was a great experience and I am all set to start riding a bike again. We were at the Mackeod Trail location and I would highly recommend going there!
Went in on friday afternoon with older road bike crank issue. Although unscheduled, Doug took time needed to assess the issue and repair it on the spot. Huge thanks!
Service was excellent. We were just doing initial research on a new bike for my husband. Had been to 3 other bike shops and either got ignored or poor explanations on differences between bikes (ie gravel vs man vs xc). We're a bit older but used to ride a lot so do know something about bikes. Your service guy (Joseph) didn't give us the hard sell and spent the time answering our questions so that we could make the right decision for the type of riding we like to do now. The service matters. A lot. And we ended up buying a bike.
Needed a new tire. The repair guy was very informative and patient with my kids even. He even took time to show us a few proper bike maintenance procedures.
The friendly fellow with the braided beard (technician) gave my gravel bike a checkup after my first year of ownership. He tweaked my gears and described what he was doing. He was informative and congenial. Well done Bike Shop.
