I took my bike in for repair, and the staff member with the white beard was incredibly friendly, quickly identified the problem, and repaired my bike with great skill and professionalism. The whole experience was excellent, and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommended!

Sales person was knowledgeable and personable. Willing to help while not being overbearing. The one thing I didn't like was standing around waiting for a final check on my bike - for 20 mins. Maybe you should build the bikes properly from the get-go so you don't need someone to check everything over again at the last minute.
