Incredibly helpful, both as soon as I entered the store (carrying a baby and wheeling a bike - had several offers of help), and with the bike itself (the lovely man who helped me really took the time to make sure the part I needed for a bike trailer for that same baby was installed correctly, and that when I got it home I would attach the trailer correctly and safely). The ever excellent service and care is why I've bought both my bike and my husband's bike from your store. Thanks again for all your help.

Same afternoon service for an internal gear cable and tune up, followed by good advice and a smile. What’s not to like about that. Bikes are expensive items, and good maintenance is the key to keeping you riding on whatever trails you prefer.
