The sale's guy was knowledgeable and patient with me as I purchased my first nice bike. There were a number of models and frames I tried until I found the perfect one.

Varied selection from long standing brands and newer ones as well. Abundant, knowledgeable staff immediately express interest in helping the potential customer upon entering the store. Seriously, the number of staff was impressive - I believe a full crew ( cross training, trying new roles etc.) makes the potential customer feel more welcome and leads to more sales! Manager was a natural problem solver. Location is great as well. My Salesperson (Christina S. CS4) did not “girl” it up - she’s a Bike Person - Love that. Overall, fair price on the exact bike I wanted to suit my needs. HAPPY I dealt with you folks! Cheers, Jordon

I like Doug! He’s super awesome! He is very knowledgeable on a wide spectrum bicycles E bikes Road bikes Etc… I’ve seen him be very patient with all customers. Just a really nice guy.

Tom is always warm and welcoming whenever I visit the store. He takes the time to understand my needs and always does his best to help me find the right solution. His friendly attitude and excellent customer service are the reason I keep coming back. The service technicians have always been friendly and professional. They’ve checked a few minor issues for me, and when it turned out nothing needed to be done, they didn’t charge me. I really appreciate their honest and fair service.

Always a great help from Steve, Amy and others on the team! I had my derailleur break and I have my Alberta tour for Cancer coming up in 2 weeks and it was awesome how quick everything arrived and how fast I could get back to training for my ride.
