I am new to the cycling world. I have visited the bike shop several times over the last six months for various things and I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with a different staff member each time. Without exception, each staff member has been kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. Being new to this, I have lots of questions and everyone has taken the time to help and answer all the questions I have. This is definitely my preferred store for everything cycling.

Jeremy was super. My husband had given me a bike helmet for Christmas however it was too large. A smaller size was brought in from another store but it too was too large. Jeremy helped me find one that fits and mentioned pros and cons about the different makes. Thank you Jeremy.

I started comeing to this shop due to service issues at another dealer. They looked after my concerns on the spot while I waited. This lead me to purchase my new bike there and once again the came through with my expectations, which were not easy as I decided to swap the bike and delvery date mid stream. Thanks to all who looked after these issues for me.
