Oliver was SO awesome!! My son lost his back break pad at practice. We came in to see if we could buy one. Oliver took my son’s bike and replaced the pad and proceeded to tighten his handle bars and bleed his breaks. Was not expecting that. Thank you Oliver for helping a mom who knows nothing about bikes!

The staff went to extra lengths to help me find a simple item that they did not offer in their store. It was small and inexpensive, so they didn't earn anything really by helping me. They could have easily just said that they didn't carry it, but I would have had a difficult time finding it on my own. I appreciated their help.

Unlike most bike shops, you employ actual riders with actual knowledge. I can’t tell you how many shops hire kids who are completely flummoxed when you ask them where they keep chain lube, or tubeless valves, or any other simple fix. Your location is close to my house and doesn’t require me to drive through some overly crowded street to get to too.

I was quoted a price for some work on my bicycle. The person that checked it in thought it needed to be totally rebuilt. When I went to pick it up the bill was 1/4 of the quote because it just needed some minor adjustments. I appreciate their honesty.
