So far they have been fantastic. I've taken a couple old school bmx bikes for complicated gyro and brake installs! Great prices. Theres one gal in there who is always eager to help and super nice. The whole staff is kind and knowledgeable. Highly recommend

The BIke Shoppe always carries the highest-quality products, has a good variety, and goes above and beyond with service. They will work very diligently with manufacturers to obtain warranty coverage, even when the manufacturer is resistant. I have found over the years that they are very honest about which parts should be replaced and which parts do not need replacement. They are always very friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, 11 out of 10.
