Matt and his staff provided great service by researching the best value for a fork and wheel replacement for my old carbon fiber mountain bike. The dampers in the original fork failed and quality replaced parts were no longer available.

The Bike Shoppe is THE BEST. They have (hands down) the best service across every bike shop we've worked with in the area. We're greeted and assisted as soon as we come in the door, team members offer great advice when asked, and they work hard to suggest the best options in our price range (never upselling unless we ask for something in a higher price range). We've never encountered a Bike Shoppe employee that wasn't friendly, personable, and professional. These people really know their stuff! The bike service department is also wonderful -- fast, reasonably priced, and helpful. We've bought several bikes there for the NICA season, and their willingness to do a super fast bike check or fix in a pinch has saved us quite a few times. We'll never buy or use another shop.

The WHOLE staff are so knowledgeable and super friendly!! Nate made sure everything for my new Amflow P/L Carbon Pro was set up just the way I like it and trail ready along with new trails to ride! I HIGHLY recommend everyone checkout The Bike Shoppe in Ogden, Utah for anything bike related!
