I liked that when we got to the store someone did ask us if we needed help right away and then when we said we were just looking they didn't push but let us browse in comfort. Once we selected the bike we were interested in you were back to answer any questions and let us know about some options. I thought the only selection was on the wall so I was so surprised when there was a bike downstairs in the color I wanted to try out. I did tease my husband on the way home that they know how to sell to a girl...make sure to bring up the color she is interested in for the test ride. Very professional, courteous and gave us multiple options for some of the accessories needed to convert to tubeless wheels prior to pick up.

Very professional and prompt service. They let you know what the service cost will be in advance. I've been purchasing bikes and servicing them at the Bike Shoppe now since the early 90s, and the newest generation of those who run this family business are just as great as ever, all the way around.

The Bike Shoppe carries all the brands I want. If they don’t have the brand, they are very helpful to get the brand. Customer service is top notch here.
