The staff are very welcoming and helpful. They listen and do their best to meet your needs. Everyone I worked with were friendly and knowledgeable about the products. There is a decent selection of bikes and gear available and if they dont have it in stock they are willing to order it. I will definitely make this my bike shoppe of choice.

I liked that you had inventory available online to look at so that I could peruse what was available without having to go into the store (My car is in the shop and I only have the bicycle and the motorcycle and it's been incredibly hot to ride or bike to places, only to find out they don't have what I'm looking for). I haven't actually tried any of the products I ordered and picked up yet, however the website was easy to navigate and I really loved the GREAT clearance deals I was able to pick up. The gentleman at the counter was very nice even though I didn't have my order number handy when I came in (I accidentally left my phone in a pouch on the motorcycle).
