Matt and the team at the Bike Shop are always a joy to work with. I've bought my last three bikes from them, and they make the process something I look forward to. They're receptive to any changes I want to make from the stock configuration and always make sure my bike is in perfect working order. My parents used to buy bikes from Mike's father, and I'm happy to keep the tradition going.

We came in looking for a bike for my son for his birthday. We had a budget to stay within and knowing this place carries a lot of nice bikes we knew the chances would be slim in finding something he liked. As we were about to leave the store, without speaking to an employee, Chad (I think that was his name... new to the business) approached us and simply offered his assistance. He showed us a bike within a minute and it was perfect. The right color, features, and more importantly the cost. He allowed my son to test a few biked just to make sure, but make it so easy to purchase from your business. Thank you for his professionalism and willingness to support in any way that he could.

Always great service. Went in for a tire repair, kickstand and helment for our son. We also got our bikes from this location and love the variety and service.

The products are great, but a lot of shops have great products. What made the difference is the service. We asked ALOT of questions as we are new to biking. The staff was patient and answered all of our questions without making us feel rushed. We will definitely be back.

I have bought tools, components and most importantly gotten advice. They have never tried to oversell me on anything. They answer questions and give me advice on doing some fixes at home. I have worked with 5 or 6 different staff members and the results are always the same. I send everyone there if they need anything. Great company.
