I bought my first bike (a Diamond Back Viper) from these guys back in 1985, back when they were down at New Gate Mall. Their service has always been outstanding. They're always very knowledgeable and treat their customers courteously, whether they're beginners or have been riding bikes forever. You can't go wrong here at the Bike Shoppe.

I love the friendly service and products that are offered at The Bike Shoppe. I’m impressed with the knowledgeable staff and especially their helpful attitude towards customers. I feel very confident that when I bring my bike in for service, they will do an excellent job. At age 65, I still enjoy quality bikes and The Bike Shoppe gives me the time and attention needed to make great choices about gear.

I’m always impressed with your customer service. Your bicycle selection is amazing, but I’ve only used your store for your service. Although, I have my eye on one of your e-bikes for sale. When I need bicycle repairs, I always feel welcome when I visit your store & I’m greeted immediately upon arrival.
