Matt (the owner) is a great person and truly cares about his customers. They are family to him. Sarah and Oliver are knowledgeable and always super helpful. All are very kind in the store. I know when I go in there I will be taken care of!!
First off I am newer to mountain biking and took my bike in for a flat repair. Not only was they helpful and knowledgeable with what I needed to fix my bike, but when I asked if there was anything else that I needed. The gentleman looked my bike over and said “To be honest no not for a few hundred more miles”. He sold me right there on not upselling me on a bunch of crap I did not need. I will be bringing our bikes there for future needs. Thank You
Everyone in there is so nice and passionate about bikes. They fix everything I bring to therm whether I bought the bike there or not. Feel like I always get my moneys worth from every repair and product.
In all of the bike shops I have used in the past, including shops in Idaho, Kentucky, Indiana, and Davis County, I have never had an employee look over the bike and do a pre-agreement check and ask what is wrong. They were suoer professional, super easy to work with, gave me options and told me best case and worst case scenarios of common issues that could and have arised in the past with my brand of bike. They gave me a realistic time line for tune-up based on their current work load and beat it by a few weeks. It was AMAZING! Would definitely use them in the future!
I had questions on a maintenance issue, they gave me answers and advice on how I could do the work myself. I followed the advice and all worked out well.
Great service. I walked in and needed a broken spoke replaced and they did it while I waited. I bought a bunch of things while I was there - good prices.
The staff was very friendly. The services offered are exactly what I needed for my bike. The shop doesn't turn you down just because it's an older bike or something they aren't super familiar with.
