All of your products seem to be of the highest quality, which is something I'd expect from any bike shop. What I appreciated was the helpfulness of your staff. I walked in the door, Katie greeted me and asked how she could help, then spent the better part of two and a half hours with me helping me find my first mountain bike. I never felt rushed or pressured. Not only did I leave with an awesome bike, I left with a ton of knowledge.

I recently had surgery and was unable to take my Pivot Shuttle SL in for its annual service. Nate drove all the way to Brigham City to pick it up, to which I was truly grateful. That’s going way above and beyond. As usual he did a great job getting my bike ready for the season.

Very quick with tune up's and bike repairs. Your people get things completed by the promised date. Very good communication with the client as well. Your main wrench has incredible knowledge and experience! He found a small crack in my rear rim that could have been a huge safety hazard. I appreciate that they meticulously check the whole bike for any issues. I would have never known about that crack until hearing about what caused the crash while laying in a hospital bed. You guys aren't just good, you guys are great!!!

The employees made sure that I was being helped. After I was being helped and while the person helping me was in the back another employee asked me and made sure I was being helped, which was great, even with how busy the shop was. The employee then made sure I knew how to install the part on my bike, once they got it, which was very nice of them without me needing to ask. Also, before thatI called to see if they had the part I needed and the staff answered quickly, and was very helpful. Overall a great experience!
