My bike was assembled quicker than expected and the associates were very helpful getting my bike in and out of my vehicle for me. They were very friendly and took the time to explain all the parts/components of my trike to me.

Grateful that Oliver was there to help me. I came in as a new customer. I am a disabled senior and recently had purchased an adult electronic bike to help me get around....and to go riding with my grandson. Oliver helped us find the best suitable tricycle lock to protect my investment...even gave me a great price for it! I hope to bring in my tricycle on occasion for a good tune-up from time to time. So glad I found a great bike shop that I can trust and rely on!

There’s a reason The Bike Shoppe has been around for 50 years. Top of the line bikes and accessories, easy and fast special ordering, friendly and knowledgeable staff, and excellent service department. My parents bought me bikes here in my youth, and I have currently bought my husband his first hybrid e-bike here today. Lucky to have a local bicycle shop I can trust. Looking forward to 50 more years of great bikes and great service

It was an absolute pleasure to do business with The Bike Shoppe. I placed my order on-line with an item to be delivered. Glen (sp?) called me personally to explain the shipping process so that I would not have any concerns. We then had a brief personable conversation which was awesome. I appreciated the entire shopping experience very much!!! Thank you! *PS... My 15 year old grandson will be happy to receive the water bottle that you mentioned!! ; )
