You guys are the best! I really appreciate your bike rental options and exceptional customer service. I recently rented a Trek Domane road bike for a ride, and it was extremely comfortable. Oliver went out of his way to ensure I had a bike, and his kindness made the entire experience great. I also want to thank Matt for his great customer service, as well as the team member who installed my pedals and seat onto the rental for me. I travel from outside of town to your shop because of your down-to-earth style and outstanding customer experience. I always recommend your shop to my friends and family. You're the best!

Oliver was SO awesome!! My son lost his back break pad at practice. We came in to see if we could buy one. Oliver took my son’s bike and replaced the pad and proceeded to tighten his handle bars and bleed his breaks. Was not expecting that. Thank you Oliver for helping a mom who knows nothing about bikes!

The staff went to extra lengths to help me find a simple item that they did not offer in their store. It was small and inexpensive, so they didn't earn anything really by helping me. They could have easily just said that they didn't carry it, but I would have had a difficult time finding it on my own. I appreciated their help.
