Thanks for ultimately updating me on the actual availability of your product; however, inventory reflected online should be more in line with actual inventory so that customers can expect to receive what they ordered. I know things happen and some things are hard to control, but this was my first exposure with you guys and I was hoping for a complete order. Again, thanks for reaching out and offering free shipping on a lesser order. That shows good service recovery on your part.

Absolutely fantastic experience. After losing the key to the roof rack on my car, I went to the dealership that sold me the car and installed the rack and was told I would need to get new cylinders installed at a locksmith which would cost a few hundred dollars. So I did some research and found that the bike shoppe was an authorized dealer to the brand of roof rack I owned and when I arrived, they were extremely helpful and tried a bunch of their dummy test keys on it to find the right one, which they did after about 20 minutes of trying. They then fixed the position of my roof rack, taught me how to use it, and sold me a replacement key for only $5. It saved me a lot of time and energy as well as money! They were fantastic all around! 10/10 would recommend again!
