I am a long time (decades long time) customer of The Bike Shoppe but still enjoy great customer service including knowledge of the products I'm inquiring after, and a solution oriented approach to my needs regardless of whether I'm working with one of the long time staff, or the newest employee.

I have rented an e-bike from The Bike Shoppe for the last couple of years when I get to Ogden or Salt Lake City. They have been great. If there is ever a problem with the bike they mitigate the problem very fast.
