Sara was able to identify a problem with my bikes brakes immediately. Everyone else I worked with, including the call for authorization for the repair, the call that my bike was ready (much earlier than expected), to picking the bike up and paying, were all delightful to talk to. Thank you, Bike Shoppe, for a great experience.

I absolutely love the bike shoppe. They are always so helpful so patient and so kind. They really take the time to take great care of their customers. I went in with my wife and kids to get Maintenance on our three trek marlin mountain bikes and they gave me so much knowledge on the bikes. The staff is awesome!!! Prices are great on bikes and all other equipment and apparel. I go here every time for my bike needs.

I brought in a bicycle that needed to be put together. I was greeted with a hi what can we be of service to you today? So I told him I needed a bicycle put together. He let me know they were 2 weeks out if that was ok. I said yes that’s fine. He offered puncture tubes that are warranted for 2 years so I agreed to that. The customer service here is and has always been fantastic! My bicycle was finished a week early ! Very nice job ! I’ll continue my business here for a very long time !
