I found the bike I was looking for. I will point out that this was at the end of the day and closing time was about 10 minutes away, but.... I was a little surprised how little conversation really took place over a purchase that involved nearly $6,000.00. Perhaps this is reflective of the current market for bikes and the assumed level of knowledge that bike purchasers carry into the buying experience. The store is well stocked and it is all nicely displayed. The store seems to be well staffed too.

the Trek website was a nightmare to navigate and order two items. so i took it upon myself to kust order from the store that had the items in stock. it was so easy and effortless. i will be buying a new trek bike soon and will make the effort to go to the bike shop to purchase my next Trek bike

Overall service was good. Staff seems knowledgeable and we’re very helpful. I did have my rear shock serviced and the lockout no longer works.

I like the service I get and the atmosphere. I really trust Oliver and I really liked Sara, was sorry to see she left. The feel is very family and not corporate. The pricing is typically higher than Amazon but I will buy from my local shop at any opportunity, they are here in my town, servicing my needs with a smile. Have been going to the bike shop for 44 years and they’ve never let me down.

Welllllll, sometimes it’s a little weird having to tap the counter top to get attention, but I just stand & wait. It’s a bike shop, not a doctors office. It’s all good.
