We bought several bikes from The Bike Shoppe. Their customer service is amazing! My husband’s bike had a flat tire last April. He tried to fix it himself, but it immediately went flat again. So, we took it to the pros at The Bike Shoppe. They fixed it and upgraded our tube. It lasted all summer, but went flat in the fall. We forgot about it over the winter and just took it in to get ready for summer riding. They stood by their repairs and fixed it for free, including a new valve stem this time. It was fixed and ready to go within an hour. They even told us to come back if it happens again. Customers for life!

The guy working the service desk on I think April 29 or 30 was super cool, took time out of his day to show me how to replace the sealant in my tire and gave me some good general advice. Everyone in the shop that I've interacted with has just been incredibly cool and helpful, even if I don't end up buying anything they are always there with good advice. Seems like a great workplace and community. Best bike shop ever.

The Bike Shoppe crew always treat me like a friend and do a fantastic job with whatever the bike need is. I don’t live near the shop but make the trip passing several shops to take my bikes to this great team. Always knowledgeable and personable, you can’t find a better bike shop to support.
