She answered all my questions and engaged with me enough to understand my needs for what type of bike I wanted. Her expertise and customer service were amazing! I went in looking for a bike for my 4 year old grandson. The young lady, I don't remember her name was Amazing with him. She spent all of the time we needed & introduced him to several bikes, showing him the features. Helped him on & off of it and had him ride them around the showroom getting a feel for what was most comfortable for him. The experience was absolutely Awesome! I can't recommend enough. Thank you.
