Staff is friendly, approachable, and knowledgable. I didn't feel intimidated to ask any questions and they were attentive so that i didn't feel rushed. With bike and rack purchase, they took extra time and care to install water bottle holders and mirrors, took the time to adjust the seat heights, helped and showed us how to load and secure the bikes on the hitch mounted rack, showed us again how to use all the features on our ebikes, and finally explained maintenance requirements. Highly recommend The Bike Store!

I brought my boxed cruiser bike into store for assembly. The gentleman helped me unload from my SUV and bring in which was greatly appreciated. My bike was fully assembled and ready for pickup the very next day! Friendly, fast, professional service. I highly recommend the Bike Store for any bike related service!
