The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the atmosphere in the shop is relaxed you don’t feel pressured or overwhelmed which is a huge plus in my opinion. They were there to help. After being there maybe 15-20 minutes all my questions had been answered and I was able to order with confidence the perfect bike for me.In less than a week it was in. At pick up they took the time to explain everything to me and to “ fit” my bike for me. Great experience! I am one happy costumer!

This is the nicest and hardest working LBS I have ever known. The staff and owner are incredibly knowledgeable and kind and available, and are always working in the customer's interest. The store has a wonderful inventory of major brands, and they will order anything else you might need or want quickly and efficiently. They are also a Trek licensed dealer, but that's not why I bought my last bike there; I bought a Trek because that's what they sell, and I wouldn't go anywhere else but The Bike Store.

Just bought my 3rd bike from the Bike Store, not counting the bikes I’ve bought for my wife and sons’ over the years. As a multi repeat customer I can only say good things about the sales process and the fantastic service afterwards. My biking friends who bought bikes elsewhere also brag about the expert service. The Bike Store is not the closest Trek store to where I live, but I travel there because of the customer service they offer. I’ve gone to them many times over the years for purchases and tune-ups, and I’ve always had a great experience. Recently I was trying to decide about some options for my bike and both Derek and Ethan were extremely knowledgable and helpful - they answered all of my questions over the course of a couple weeks and even called me back after researching a few options for my situation. I ended up getting a new bike that I’m thrilled with, but they also had some great suggestions for how to improve the one I already owned. Anytime I’ve needed any maintenance done on my bike they’ve either done it quickly for free or given me a very reasonable price for more advanced work. Whether you’re looking for a new bike or just want to get the most out of the bike you have, make sure you’re friends with the guys at The Bike Store.
