Excellent repair … my bicycle is 35 + years old. I used to do a lot of miles in my younger days. They replaced shifter cables, trueing the wheels, adjusting the brakes at a fair price
Ethan. Straight shooter and a great asset to The Bike Store. He gives honest suggestions with mechanical fixes. I always leave feeling like I got the best deal available.
Bill, Ethan and Derek are the best. Always helpful, outstanding care and excellent service make them number one in my experience. I would not be riding if not for them. Thanks guys.
The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. Derek was kind enough to help us put my adult tricycle and quite a consummate performance professional with explanation on how to use my new “ride”. Thanks to Steven?, the owner and Ethan. Be blessed!
Expert staff (hats off to the Ethan Sealy), a great selection of entry level bikes all the way up to top-of-the-line professional bikes.
I always feel like a friend and not just a customer at the store. The advice, attention to detail, and overall customer service before and after the sale is exemplary.
Couldn’t be any happier!
Good product. Owner of the shop took his time explaining the product, answering our questions, and let us demo some bikes so we could make our final decision. Very happy and satisfied.
Friendly, knowledgeable and always patient with questions. Can’t say a bad word about the guys and their business “The Bike Store” in Warner Robins. Love to have a LBS that stocks needed little supplies AND has high quality, larger components, plus, plenty of new bikes on hand…AND fantastic, in-house service.
Very friendly, knowledgeable and honest folks here. I took my bike in to have it serviced. Im new to riding and they could have taken advantage. However, this was not the case. They took care of what had to be done and were very encouraging to a older guy, who had concerns about my age and riding. I have found my Bike Store. Thanks guys!!
Ethan and Derek are awesome. You can trust them to do the very best work on your bicycle. I also think they suggest appropriate equipment that fits my budget and my level of activity. Thanks guys
