The entire staff is knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to products and services. Any questions relating to bikes will be answered by bike professionals who have a 5 star skill set. I wouldn't consider any other sources other than The Bike Store when it comes to bikes, equipment, apparel or service. They are truly like family.

brought my bike in to get front brakes installed and a new cable on the back brakes. Was told it would be 35.00, when i picked it up a week later it was 50.00. Had no problem paying this amount because they did a perfect job. They have lots of nice bikes to choose from and i will recommend anyone to go there for service and a bike. Who knows maybe they will give me my money back with a 50.00 off coupon on a new bike in the future.
