Store owners Dave & Lisa took the time to fit our needs while they were actually closed on Sunday. Appreciate all the time and patience, Lisa gave us! I tested a couple of bikes in the parking lot and she was very accommodating in making sure the bikes were adjusted appropriately.

I liked how even though I wasn't planning to buy brand new from a specialized store, I wasn't happy with what I found used, and fell in love with one I tried there. Even though I wanted to sit on it and think through it all before committing, they set it aside a few days with no pressure to purchase while I considered my options.
