Family owned, small business. Personal service with excellent follow through if a part needs to be ordered or your bike needs to stay for service. Trek is our bicycle of choice, and they offer the full line. They carry bicycles and accessories in all price ranges to appeal to all budgets. I can't say enough positive about The Bike Zone.
