Family owned and operated. I would never choose a different bike shop. Very friendly and you treated as family when you enter the store. Prices are very reasonable. New and used. I highly recommend this shop to anyone that wants a quality bike for a good price. They do repairs there. Most of the time you can wait while ur bike is worked on. Sell accessories as well.

Today, Lisa and Dave from The Bike Zone traveled all the way from Rochester to deliver our new bikes. They are the reason we started—and ultimately fell in love with—this sport. Over the years, they have consistently gone out of their way to help not only us, but anyone who walks through their doors. Their knowledge, patience, and genuine care for their customers are second to none. When it came time to upgrade, there was never a question about where we’d go. We gave them 100% of our trust, and they ordered exactly what we described. The service didn’t stop with the delivery. They met us at the bike trail with different seat options to try, handlebar extensions, water bottle setups, and every tool needed to make adjustments on the spot. Great customer service. I brought my bike in with a broken rear spoke at the end of day Wednesday and it was fixed and ready for pickup Thursday morning. Tremendous customer service by Dave Silloway and his team.

The man who took care of me went above and beyond my expectations and didn't charge me a large fee to do an inspection of my bikes issue. Plus you recycled my bike for me.
