I shopped at several other local stores. No one else took the time to listen, explain and help me like Justin and Lisa did. I did not feel pressured or coerced into any specific bike, just helped to find the right bike for me! I have been going to the bike zone since they were on fetzner rd then long pond and west ridge rd. I have bought bikes and have had bikes repaired there they are honest and are very good. I wouldn’t take my bike anywhere else and always tell people about them.

I stopped in Bike Zone earlier last week and Lisa helped me out. She asked me some questions, answered some questions, and explained bike features. I think I tried out 3 bikes. A few days later, I went back and purchased a Trek Verve bike. Because I purchased a different color than what was out, they built the bike and had it ready early the next day so I was able to enjoy a bike ride. I also added a kickstand. Very comfortable bike and my husband even commented on how well the bike was built. When my children were younger, we had taken bikes in for repair 2 or 3 times. At least once at the old location on Long Pond. Thank you Lisa and the staff that helped out and put the bike together!

Dave & Lisa keep the vibe friendly (it is a family run shop). Dave is super-competent, so I TRUST him and all of his mechanics. Over many years he has always done a great job, given good advice, never tried to over sell, always seems to somehow give me above and beyond service at a very fair price. He supports many community projects and charity rides (I first met him through a charity ride) so you are helping him help others by being a customer. Support this shop, it will be good for the community, good for you, and most importantly, good for your bike(s)!!

I like that it’s family run. Everyone there was extremely knowledgeable when it came to bikes. Also everyone was friendly very very friendly. They also are in a convenient location. Would recommend!
