Dave and his wife are amazing and always so incredibly helpful on choosing options that are right for us. When looking at a bike Dave measured and re-measured to be 100% since I was right in-between sizes. The time he put in to make sure we were happy with the choices created lifelong customers, thank you!!!

You have something for every biker, from novice to serious riders. I appreciate the capabilities of the service department. I also like the idea of dealing with a family business, not an impersonal chain.

The lady that helped me out was friendly, knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and offered me a great price for my bike! The service was very quick. It may have been helpful to have been shown more options around the shop. It would have also been nice to be greeted by the man up front when I walked in. Overall I liked the shop and will be back in the future!

I had a great experience at the "Bike Zone"! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even when the store was busy- they took the time to answer all my questions without rushing. Their product line is impressive, featuring highly rated bikes across various styles and prices.One of the best parts was the ability to test ride the bikes, which really helped me find the right fit. It's also worth mentioning that the owners are on site and very knowledgeable, which adds a personal and expert touch to the experience. You can tell they care about helping customers make the right choice. Highly recommended!!

Best experience I have ever had. David made me feel like family and really bent over backwards for me. Him and his wife were super busy even before they opened. I will 100 percent always use them as my go to bike shop. I’ve had my new bike for 24 hours and already put 60 miles on it. Thank you so much for the great service I can’t wait to get my second bike!

I took my grandson’s bike in due to a flat tire. Dave immediately asked about the problem and took the bike and put it on the stand and fixed the tire and made some adjustments. I was very happy that Dave helped me out so quickly. My grandson rode the bike when I took it back to him. Always great service from The Bike Zone.
