Pete and James gave me the best customer service I have ever received at a Bike shop when I brought in my 2013 Trek Madone to have its Bottom bracket replaced. Pete pointed out some worn out parts on my bike after he installed a new Bottom bracket that they had in stock. I was so happy with the Broken Spoke I brought my bike back two weeks later to James install all new cables and housing, brake hoods and handle bar tape. James also found my rim brakes were out of alignment and he fixed that and put new pads on. He adjusted my brakes and derailleurs so the bike shifts and brakes better than new. All this was expertly done with a smile and at a fair price . I highly recommend you bring your bike to the Broken Spoke for repair when needed.

One of my work friends recommended this shop so I brought my bike in for a years overdue tune-up. They came outside to give my bike a quick but thorough assessment and gave me an idea of what to expect for costs and time required. They called me the next day to say my bike was ready ahead of schedule and under their estimates. It rides like new and their shop has a new loyal customer. Thanks Friends! -Andy

The products are high quality and worth the price tag but more importantly the people who work there are kind, efficient and know what they’re doing. They’re always helpful when I bring my husbands bike in or my kids and it’s never more than a day before the work is done! Excellent customer service in my book.
