The staff at the Broken Spoke are knowledgeable and highly skilled. They listen to any concerns I have about how my bike is performing and always have thoughtful responses. They update the bike’s firmware without having to be asked and have researched and thought through warranty issues as well. And, we love the Trek Domane+ bikes we bought there.

The service was great and very timely. The mechanic put the bike on the rack when I brought it in. Which was very helpful, as I as partaking in a multi day ride in Port Townsend.

We have a 30+ year old custom built tandem. The person we worked with knew of the maker. Due to what we assume is his years of experience, he was able to do a deeper dive into our bike’s health and pointed out things that we couldn’t see. But he did not try to “sell” us, he only recommended. Our bike has a special place in our lives and we want to keep it viable as long as possible. So, thanks for your professionalism!

The staff was patient with me. Answered all my questions, accommodated my requests to switch bikes after I found a much cheaper, better bike for my needs. I enjoyed the process of buying the bike there. I was so appreciative of the experience, I purchased a gift certificate for ice cream for the staff. All I can say is WOW!!! I took my Mt Bike in for a checkup prior to an upcoming event and the folks at the BROKEN SPOKE made it new again. Knowledgeable, professional service. Another aspect of this business is the fact that they consistently volunteer for local events including the Annual Bike Tune-Up for the Peninsula Trails Coalition, the Rhody Run in Port Townsend and the Big Hurt in Port Angeles to name a few. Everyone in the store is very knowledgeable about your products. We also felt it was a very fair price for the tuneups done on our Trek eBikes that we purchased through you 8 years ago. It is also fun to work with people so passionate about biking. Always a good experience!
