Every visit to The Chair has been an excellent experience. Today, I was contacted to reschedule my appointment this morning due to the stylist I was scheduled with being out. The person who called was super helpful and was able to find me a spot around the same time this morning as my original appointment. I had an amazing experience with Michelle (great service and she made me feel so welcome), and, as always, I left feeling great about my hair. Thank you!!!!

Jacklyn always does such a phenomenal job fulfilling exactly what I want. She is also great company and so fun to catch up with while at the appointment. Nothing more I could ask for! Incredible services all around.

I enjoy The Chair's design, outside lovely, interesting/unusual planted flowers, interior art and creative accents throughout; I enjoy their magazine selections. The receptionists are friendly, helpful; I receive a follow up email with the date of my next appointment to add to my home (paper) calendar. Kate is really, really great, exceptional. I've been going to her for many years. I look forward to seeing her. It's fun to catch up with her, what's happening in her life; she is engaged; Kate's a good listener; we share stories. She always gives me a perfect haircut and I like her head massages after shampooing it. Thanks so much, I like everything about The Chair!!

It's always a very relaxed and enjoyable experience. I like the intimate atmosphere and I love Kate's enthusiasm and professionalism. She always gives me a great cut. Other staff at the are also the best. I laugh a lot there, too, which is always something I can use more of...thanks!

Loved my experience here! I was traveling when I booked, and the salon was extremely communicative over email, which made things incredibly easy. The salon has a cool, diverse vibe. My stylist, Briggite, was professional and supportive. Great value for the quality, too. I left feeling amazing and can’t wait to come back!
