The Chair is a very welcoming environment every step of the way. Lots of genuine smiles. I love the "whimsy" I see throughout the salon. I notice something new each time! And my stylist, Paula, is fabulous. So skilled, listens well, and offers suggestions. She is a gem! The salon, too! Gretchen
