The staff were very nice despite the fact I didn’t really know what type of haircut I wanted. They made experience nice and relaxing. My appointment was with LILO and she washed my hair and answered my questions about shampoo and conditioner and when I gave her an idea of what I wanted she referred me to Natasha. Natasha understood what I wanted even though I didn’t explain it too well. Anyways the experience was nice and all and I will definitely go again.

LILO is the best hair stylist I have ever been too. I really get along with her and she helps me achieve the hair I want without making me look washed out. She also helped me realize I have curl in my hair and I’m able to get some curl back. I would definitely recommend her to everyone I know.

My stylist Gayla was very knowledgeable and informative. She patiently addressed all my questions and concerns. I wanted color correction. She restored my hair back to the purple I wanted. I was very impressed that the bleaching process didn't cause any of the uncomfortable sensations in my scalp that I'd experienced at other hair salons. She's definitely my color specialist moving forward.
