Well, first of all, the manager is just simply OUTSTANDING! The salon itself is inviting, warm & very chic. My stylist has a great personality and you can truly tell that she's passionate about her career and LOVES it!! Overall, my experience was wonderful. The only thing missing was a bowl of those delicious Aveda chips that always smell so good every time that I walk in. ;)

Lala is amazing! She listens to what I need & she has a talent for doing exactly what I need. She makes great recommendations for Aveda products. Best of all she is the sweetest, nicest person ever. I love coming to the Cutting Room, both for my appointments but also to get my Aveda products. The space is so welcoming.
