I like the instructors, variety of classes and especially the lavender cloths at the end of class.
I like it best when the 30/30 cycle/yoga classes go the entire 28-30 min for cycle and not cut it short. I also like it best when the yoga is Vinyasa instead of restorative or just stretching.
The teachers at The Cycling Yogi so far have been great! (I've been trying a few different types of classes and have therefore meet a few different instructors.) They know how to challenge you while also helping you take care of injuries.
