The workouts are fun and challenging, and are designed to make your body strong. The instructors are well trained to help you get the most of your workout time. It’s a wonderful place to get your mind and body in shape.
The cycle class is non-competitive with positive encouragement. It has a series of challenges, from warm-up, to intervals, to a hill, to arm weights. And then a meditative ride and a final push. It is a full body workout with people of all variety of fitness levels.
I have been coming to the Dailey Method in Arden Park for close to 5 years now. I love the workout, the positive instructors, the community, and the convenience to Arden Park! When I attend classes regularly I feel stronger and leaner and better able to get through long days as a surgeon. During classes I get lots of personal attention without being yelled at or pressured.
I love that I feel comfortable there in my own skin. I can concentrate on my practice without having to deal with the meat market feeling of other gyms.
The staff is always happy to see you and greets you by name at TDM Arden Park. They are encouraging regardless of where you are in your practice. I’ve gone pregnant, I’ve gone injured, and I’ve gone in normal and every day they modify and encourage me to get the best workout I can that day. I’m so grateful for TDM and the impact it’s had on my body over the last few years!
