Low impact, strengthens and tones, I stand straighter and taller and am more confident about how I look. I like the 45 minute lunch workout... I can escape from work, get all the anxiety out my system and come back relaxed and alert for the rest of the day.
TDM workout is safe, challenging, & effective, no matter how long you have been doing it. I like the variety of classes available, & the variety of instructors.
