The workout is amazing! The only thing I would like to see is a class offered on Tues/Thurs at 9:30. School drop off for some moms in town, like myself, is 9am so I can't make the 8:30am
I love the practice. It is a workout that supports your core and strengthens your body without risk. The studio in Morgan Hill is beautiful. The new owners have given it the TLC it's needed for years. It's not just a gym it's a community!

Positive energy from the staff to the class. Each teacher focuses on the core workout principles to align with proper form. Their cues and subtle shifts for better positioning in poses is very helpful and appreciated. This has helped me focus and improve my practice. I never assume how the workout will go and I find I never get bored. In each class that I take I see myself improving and still remain challenged.
I like that the workouts change daily, and that the instructors are passionate and very knowledgeable and correct our form so that we are performing the exercises correctly. I also like the cleanliness of the studio and bathrooms. I also like the friendliness of all the employees, they know my name every time I walk in the door.

As someone with a lot of physical limitations, I always feel like I am getting an amazing workout with no impact, which has been a struggle for me to find. Instructors ALWAYS have time to answer your questions.
The classes really work out my core. My muscles are so sore after. I love the enthusiasm of the staff and it's also not too terribly crowded which is nice. I feel very relaxed at Dailey Method and always feel like I've put in a good workout.
I really like the knowledgeable instructors. The music and workouts change daily, and there is a good combination of strengthening exercises and stretching. The instructors watch and provide corrections so that everyone is performing the exercises correctly.
