I took the basics class and it was a butt kicker in the best way! Ashley walked us through the poses and ensured we were truly engaging our muscles. It's pretty amazing what a subtle, thoughtful movement (and 2lb weights) can do to improve your strength.
I love that it is a complimentary workout to other practices like yoga, cycling, running, etc. I am toning and strengthening in a focus way in areas not necessarily hit on in other workouts.
Classes kick my butt! In such a great way, always feel stronger and more energized after each class. The instructors do a fantastic job explaining each of the poses. I love that they walk around and adjust my poses to ensure Iām getting the best workout. Thank you!
The only reason I did not score a 10 is the location is difficult for me to promote to friends as they live outside of downtown.
