The staff upon entering for the first time was extremely welcoming and helpful. They helped me register, sign in, and even had socks since I wasn't very prepared for that. They also helped me get all the mat, weights, and band for me since I was so new and helped set it up for me. It was great.
The workout was intimate even in a class setting. I felt as if I was being instructed individually in terms of making sure my form was right and understanding the exercises. The workout included the entire body and was interesting!
Happy and personal attention, everybody is nice. Plain and simple. Great muscle work without super heavy weights or pounding repetition. I'm always sore afterwards and happily so. Love my 60 minutes with these lovely and driven coaches!
The best exercise routine I have ever done, and I have done plenty. The Dailey Method is a very intelligent and conscious training for the body. I prefer it to yoga. It is thoughtfully put together and every time I go to the class, it is always a new routine. That's a well-rounded system, and I appreciate it tremendously. I have been doing it for the past 18 months or so and I am just as excited to go as I was at the beginning. Thank you for this!
I love so much about The Dailey Method! I how challenging the workout is, yet how empowered it makes me feel. I love how how strong and lean my body has become. I love the community of the studio and the positivity and encouragement of all of the instructors. I'm sad when I have to miss a day at TDM!
I never have ever sticker to an exercise program, and here I am almost 5 years later, still challenged everyday in my practice. I love how I get something different out of each instructor. TDM is a vital part of my well being, health and sanity! And I have a nice butt now! Xox
