TDM is a well organized operation. All of your personnel are nice bright encouraging women who smile and care about what they do by setting good examples as to how rewarding it is to exercise. Your facility/location is clean and bright and a pleasure to walk into where we don’t have to bring a thing but our sox....and even if we forget them you lend us a pair. What more can you do? I always recommend TDM highly when asked where I work out and truly say it’s the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. (I’ve been busy lately and away a lot too but really do plan to get back on track.)

Friendly staff. Classes start on time. Variety of times. I had a friend who wanted to join, but it was too expensive for her. I would like first class free, or 2 weeks for $49.00. I know you didn’t ask for constructive feedback, but I couldn’t help myself.

Hi Nancy - thank you so much for your feedback, we love having you in class. We do offer our 2 week package for $49 as you requested, so please do let your friend know. We feel this is a great way for a new studio to try out our studio - a few different teachers, class formats and times to determine how the method is working for them and what commitment they might want to make going forward. While we know everyone financial situation is different, we view this practice as a proactive investment in your health. We would love for your friend to give our New client special (2 weeks unlimited for $49) a try!
