This is not your typical barre, yoga, cycle studio but one that has instructor’s that have been trained to help with modifications if needed. The classes are formatted to hit large and small muscle groups legs, arms, abdominal with the use of bands, straps, balls and light weights. There is also cycle classes and yoga. Barre classes go from Gentle, Basics, Fusion, Interval. Cycle has a 45 min. ( 30-35 min on the bike with a 10 min. Barre Stretches )Dailey Cycle ( 40 min. Cycle follows by a 20 min barre). I find the community of people attending classes along with the owners and all the staff members to be a place you should check into. You will find people of all ages and fitness levels. I been a client for over 3 years and give it a 👍👍....
I really am grateful for Dailey Method classes, as I am stronger and have more endurance because of them. And the atmosphere is very friendly and supportive!
Everyone is very friendly, and there is a good mix of classes available. The studio is convenient for me and for the most part, the schedule works with mine. I like that each class is different too.

Great instructor, modification given, offers both barre and cycle. Classes for newbies and those who have been coming for years. Classes from gentle to interval so something for all ages and fitness levels💕👍
