Small jobs are done while I wait. I always offer to pay for the small jobs but, as long as there weren't parts, I'm told not to worry about it. These two factors are huge and sets the eBike Store apart from other bike shops. I've also found shop staff to be very friendly and they know my name.
The service was reasonably priced, [FIRST NAME REMOVED] explained everything that was done with my bike, the things we should keep an eye on & gave my husband pointers to do work on his own bike. Very friendly & knowledgeable staff!
I like that you've been around since the very dawn of ebikes and really know your stuff. I like your rental service. I like how when I needed repair, the technicians explained everything to me multiple times. I like your location.
Staff are friendly and helpful, and take time to talk with me about bikes and about my bike issues. They are not pushy. There’s a good variety of e-bikes (though the selection of electric roads bikes as opposed to gravel bikes is limited $.
The team in the service shop are amazing. They are all knowledgeable, friendly and patient - which unfortunately seems to be a rarity in many bike shops now days. I don’t go anywhere else!
