The sales person was very knowledgeable about my new bike and explained everything to me. In Oregon there is no sales tax so I saved several hundred off the price. This is my second Specialized bike I have purchased at the e-bike store and would not buy anywhere else.

Friendly, knowledgeable people work here. They are all cycling enthusiasts and not at all intimidating. I bought my ebike here seven years ago. I brought it in for a general tune up and they made it look new again.
