I hate having to complain but can you please replace the rubber hand grips on the seated row machine! It’s been 4 months at least. The metal handles are too thin to grab comfortably. Love the gym.

Customer service is always excellent and friendly at the Cherry Hill club. I like the variety of classes offered at the times I can attend. I wish Total Access Plus was still available for when I travel and can't get to a club because the online classes that are available on the app suck! I liked online classes taught by familiar faces, and had a lot of favorites saved that I can't access anymore.

The atmosphere is amazing The people are so nice and so welcoming. I like how there’s a variety of equipment. It’s plenty of space in the gym and there’s even a Women’s Only gym area. The facility is always clean and most of the gym members seem to be dedicated and focused. I also like being able to earn points to redeem for different reward options for things like a protein shake from the cafe. I also love the customer service! Everyone is so helpful and just want you to succeed and reach your gym goals. The classes are great! I only ever tried the Pilates class, but I can’t wait to try the other classes that are available. I look forward to coming here everyday.

I live in Willingboro and drive past Edge in Delran because the it's so small. Edge in Cherry Hill is bigger and has a great open feel as soon as you walk in. I also love the big windows.

OTHER THAN PEOPLE NOT WIPING DOWN THE EXERCISE EQUIPMENT AFTER THEY USE IT AND THE FACT THAT MY FAVORITE PART ABOUT THE FITNESS CENTER (SAUNA) WAS OUT OF ORDER, I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THE FITNESS CENTER AND THE STAFF IS ALWAYS A PLUS🫶🏽👍🏽💪🏽
