The variety of machines and equipment with several options to work with. Everything is also in great condition and the gym is very clean. I also love the large turf mat available for doing stretching or ab workouts.
I think it's well-equipped, clean, and has a great variety of equipment and classes, which I take frequently. And the staff and instructors are great.
However, there could be more variety in the classes offered in Cranston on Saturday mornings -- specifically, a HIIT, Total Body Conditioning, or Bodycombat class instead of the Barre/Power Yoga/Zumba/Shapes lineup. Also, for some reason Studio 1 is lacking in 15lb dumb bells. There used to be at least 3-4 pairs, and today there was exactly 1 single 15lb dumb bell. Not sure if they've been moved to Studio 2, or the Trainer's area. Both myself and another man taking HIIT were looking for them, and we had to leave the studio and go to the freeweight area to get dumb bells heavier than 12.5lbs.
