Edge Fitness in Deptford has been, by far, the best gym I've ever been to. The atmosphere is friendly, the equipment is well maintained and of a diverse variety, the staff is professional and courteous. The one time I had an issue with a gym member who was openly transphobic, management addressed the issue in a satisfactory way. I've also had an excellent experience with the training staff, in particular Angie. Besides being knowledgeable and friendly, she has been a delight to work with, accommodating my needs, preferences and even insecurities in a supportive way, to the point that she has become the trainer for my family as well.

This class was truly an outstanding experience! It provided an incredible workout, and the atmosphere was unmatched. I will definitely recommend this class and Edge to my family and friends because it really is the best gym! I make the journey to spin with Gertrude, also known as Trudy, because she is truly one of a kind.

Usually pretty good experience it’s good that I get to bring my son as a guest on my membership the only thing I would change is that people sit on their phones forever in between sets like either workout or go sit somewhere else and play on your phone. I watched one kid sit on the same machine for a half hour. Normally, I would just go up and bump them and just say hey are we done? What are we doing but I wanted to see how long it would take for him to move. Especially when it’s busy.. The only other thing is people don’t wipe down machines. I was on one of the bikes, and it looked like the guy dumped a bucket of sweat and just walked away, which is pretty disgusting but I understand not everybody’s gonna have the courtesy to clean the machines when they’re done. Otherwise all good
