I enjoy my weekly workout with my trainer, she is always challenging me. There is always enough machines so if one is being used, there is another to use. I love the theater, workouts seem to go faster while watching a movie.

Everything is good at the moment. Equipment is good, perfect and right amount. Just would again suggest to invest in new lighting as those old lights give the gym a bad hue and honestly looks kinda old. Also I have talked between a couple other members and a steam room would be great.

Most recently the music has been easy to listen to and not loud. Very much appreciated. The repair of a cable machine I use regularly has been down for over 3 weeks now. The door on the Men's Handicapped toilet has been bent and not functioning without a great deal of effort to shut, lift and lock it. Would appreciate getting a handy man or the installer to return and fix it. mike Himes is an excellent train. Very knowledgeable and assistive for persons who require special assistance and utilizes several good practices to protect his clients while they are working out with him.
