Great equipment, sauna, not to crowded in the mornings

I can buy protien shakes after my workout.

LEMONT, IL
Location, good gym with a decent amount of free weights. Up to date equipment. One minor recommendation. There are to many dudes in the locker room on their phones. Need to be careful of the perverts who like to record others. Those people should be locked up. Other than that! Every gym team member that I've had interactions with have been awesome. Hopefully Edge Fitness are paying them enough to stick around!

Classes, not too crowded in the morning

ORLAND PARK, IL
Friendly staff. However, I wish there were more space for serious weight lifters. There are far too many bikes that go unused. That space could be used for body building.
