I love how friendly everyone is . They have added equipment but sadly for some reason they have taken the movable flat bench away and that is perfect for hip thrust on the barbell platforms it is very inconvenient to try and put something else together to work!

The Women’s Area was clean and had working equipment in the fitness area. I was visiting the Sterling Heights location for the first time. If I was greeted upon arriving and leaving like at my home gym, I would have given it a 10/10.
