A beautiful and spacious gym. I used to go there but the Shelton location is closer. I’m going to share my thoughts on the Shelton one here—again (did already this spring) 1) install some shelving in shower stalls in Shelton for some small items so they don’t have to be on the floor! 2) add ceremony classes to Shelton location 3) bring back Sunday 10:30 burn class and most certainly don’t take it away during a challenge. That was a pretty unfriendly decision. 4) does seem like the cleaning of mirrors on the workout floor and rooms as been addressed -bathroom mirrors were always good :( 5) does seem like the bathroom shower stalls r getting cleaned more thoroughly :) 6) back exit door in Shelton should be regularly checked for trash and leaves—usually not clean. Thank you for your attention to my input!

Irs a great gym with lots of equipment. Lots of classes to choose from.The gym floor is clean and the bathrooms are very clean as well. For the amount of people that pass through the doors each day the maintenance is impeccable.

I only do the Zumba classes and Zumba toning in Trumbull. Love the instructors. Wish there were more regular Zumba as well as the numerous toning classes. Miss the old pre-covid schedule.

I enjoy this gym but do not think the childcare fees are reasonable. My husband and I both pay for a gym membership and have 3 children. It’s very expensive for all 3 of them to attend the kids care .
