The lady that opens the gym is always friendly and greets people by their names. The gym is always clean and the gym seems to update their equipment periodically.

I like the variety of workout machines and weights. I also like the women’s area and classes that are offered with early sign up. The personal trainers are very knowledgeable and listen to feedback to build customizable workouts that meet my goals.
