I really appreciate how challenging the workouts at Exercise Coach are, and I can genuinely see a difference in my strength. Because I live with chronic illnesses, my progress may look slower than others, but I am seeing change — and that’s incredibly encouraging. I’ve been to other gyms where there was a lot of pressure to be perfect, and it often felt discouraging when I needed to start slowly or had limitations. At Exercise Coach, even on my “bad” days when I’m not feeling well or performing at my best, I’m met with encouragement and support instead of pressure. That positive environment has made a huge difference for me.
I was unsure at first if 20 min 2x a week would give me results, and it did. At this time in my life I do not want to spend hours in the gym and this method does work!!! So happy I joined
The smaller size and one-on-one coaching allows me to focus on my coach and my workout. I also love that I can get just as strong if not stronger with two 20 minute workouts a week as opposed to an hour several times a week in a “big gym” environment. In this season of my life I don’t have that much time to spend in a gym but I need the health benefits of a good gym workout.
Professional, caring trainers and I know I am in good hands! I can tell that my body is getting stronger. I'm a firm believer in the Exercise Coach's approach to training and weight resistance. And it only takes 20 minutes twice a week. That's great with my busy schedule.
Easy to get in and out of, convenient times, friendly and knowledgeable coaches and fellow members, and of course the efficient workouts and equipment.
The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. The equipment is always set up and ready, and staff are always on time. They also supervise each person carefully and most importantly, my program is personalized to meet my needs. Very happy with James and his staff.
