A twenty minute high intensity strength workout followed by a fifteen minute high intensity cardio workout once a week is perfect for someone like me who use to over exercise. I feel stronger than ever without the chronic aches and pains I use to experience from doing too much. The equipment and trainers at the Exercise Coach are second to none.

Very friendly, goal oriented staff, well trained in the use of the state-of-the-art equipment. The atmosphere is low stress and you quickly become "one of the Family". The trainers enjoy your successes as much as you do. The best the Valley has to offer.
I love the philosophy - twice a week at the optimal intensity. I love the feedback mechanism when I am using the equipment - sort of like a really good video game. I have been going to the Exercise Coach for ten months, and I feel great, and I am definitely stronger.
The atmosphere is refreshing and friendly. The trainers are all wonderful. My workouts have served as a great anchor for the rest of my week.

I like the one on one training in the smaller space. John does a great job in pushing me but not to fast that it would cause injury or soreness.
Would like the sessions to be a half hour instead on 20 minutes.
