I love the machines and the science of the 20 minute workout. The location is great and the studio is always clean. The coaches are all very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend The Exercise Coach if you're looking for an efficient way to gain and maintain strength in a very safe manner.
Susan is excellent in what she does both physically as well as educating you in the stretches. My flexibility improved after only a couple sessions and will only get better from here. I'm thinking I will be signing up for a second session for what she has brought to my improvements. She is also a very kind & friendly person which makes the whole experience very enjoyable!
I love the personalized training in a small quiet setting. Unlike a typical gym experience, there is no need to wait for the more popular equipment stations to be free. The trainers are personable, and your workout is calibrated to your abilities for maximum effect. The sessions are short, yet I still leave feeling worked out, and my muscles, after 1 month of once per week sessions, are stronger and more toned. I am a senior diagnosed with osteoporosis, and my workouts are strategic to building muscle that supports bone health.
Staff members are terrific! I appreciate their patience with me and their ability to provide motivation. I've enjoyed each visit and feel like I'm getting stronger!
All of the personal coaches are excellent! The equipment is well maintained and clean. The facility is clean, well organized, efficiently run and quiet! The staff are all personable and pleasant to work with, and this includes the front desk!
