I truly believe that joining The Exercise Coach has made a long-term impact on my health as I get older. I’ve always tried to stay active, but it was hard to stick with any workout routine consistently. Their approach—short, focused sessions with dedicated coaching and set appointments—has helped me build a routine I can maintain week in and week out.
I feel better than I have in a long time. I plan to continue working out at The Exercise Coach because I see real results that I simply can’t replicate in the same amount of time anywhere else.
I appreciate the attitude and help of the wonderful coaches, the workout itself, the punctuality, the cleanliness of the equipment and studio and the short duration of the exercises. I have a neck injury and have not found any issues with these exercises. Thank you!
It is the best workout I have ever done. I am seeing results after doing two, 20 minutes strength training sessions per week. The Ballantyne Studio is a professional and proficient exercise studio.
The location is so convenient for me. A friendly hello is always waiting for me
when I arrive. The trainer is always on time and ready, which is important.
The staff is so knowledgeable and challenging. They keep great focus and
we move through the sessions smoothly. I, personally, look forward to every

I have told so many about this wonderful program and encouraged them to try
