It is the best workout I have ever done. I am seeing results after doing two, 20 minutes strength training sessions per week. I like the friendliness of the coaches. The knowledge of the coaches to modify the exercises for various pains and injuries we have and for replacement joints.
I love the convenience of scheduling sessions with my coach online, which keeps me accountable for showing up. Since each session is only 20 minutes, it's hard to find an excuse to skip. The appointments create a manageable weekly commitment that fits easily into my schedule. I've experienced significant strength gains without any real soreness or injuries. I finally found a workout program I can stick with and enjoy the results of my dedication. The Exercise Coach has truly changed how I feel about my physical health.
It’s close to my house, it’s clean, the equipment is incredible, the instructors are knowledgable, encouraging and professional - I actually look forward to going there each week.
