The coach, Veronica! Her positive attitude, knowledge, and encouragement keep me coming back! Also the ease of scheduling and the benefits of two 20-minute sessions per week.
The staff is friendly. Flexible schedule. I feel it’s a bit pricey for a 20 minute workout. There is a Y not far away that has basically the same equipment and a knowledge friendly staff at a fraction of the price.
I love how much stronger I feel and the 20 minute workouts are so easy to do and it doesn’t take up too much time. Veronica and Hannah have been terrific and I truly love the workouts!
It's ALL GAS! No BRAKES! The perfect way to get into and out of a daily workout. Chelsey is very knowledgeable and patient during sessions. Its obvious she knows the best ways to lead clients to their set goals.
