I love the two a week workout! It is so doable and lasts only twenty minutes. I have gotten so much stronger and feel great! My personal trainer, Veronica, motivates me and pushes me to beat my last score and keeps me wanting to improve every time. We also have a ton of fun! She’s the BEST🙌💪

This has been a very good experience for me. I like the personal help and the ease in using the equipment. I wanted to increase strength and better balanace and have made great strides with both. I am 72 years old and feel I am turning the clock backwards. Chelsea has been a great trainer.

10 out 10 so far, EC. First, I love that the location is nearby, with ample parking. It's a very clean and well-kept facility. But what takes EC over the top is how well the staff and the state-of-the-art equipment combine to deliver a quality product. It was obvious from the very first session that knowledge and professionalism sets them apart from the rest of the fitness industry. Chelseay (sp) has been my coach since the beginning and I have noticed our sessions-though they're only 20 mins in duration, have made quite an impact on my physical well-being in such a short span of time. Jessica is super friendly and encouraging…working 1 on 1 to start makes me way less self conscious about my starting point and lack of knowledge. Looking forward to joining group classes soon!!

I like the coaching with Chelsey and Jessica. They’re very personal and knowledgeable. I do like the app though wished I could sign up THAT day and also make coaching visits close to when my account gets charged! Around the 12/13th of the month it won’t let me book. That’s annoying and I have to text which the coaches will schedule me.
