The trainers are very knowledgeable about the exercises and targeted muscle groups. They also are good with knowing your personal cadence and what works. Sessions are good so far.

Very clean and neat. Staff seems to work as a team well and always puts the customer first. There is more fitness equipment available than another location. Staff is very friendly and have great senses of humor. They are sensitive to injuries and willing to change up the routine to prevent over use. My favorite coach is Christopher but it is fun to see Vlad give him a hard time. :)
