I've tried dozens of workout programs by myself and with a trainer but Exercise Coach is the only workout I truly do not dread and NEVER want to miss. The trainers are encouraging, they challenge you and you know they want you to succeed. I've found what works for me!
One on One personal training and not crowded! Plus, the trainers are like having your own personal cheerleader encouraging you to push yourself and go the distance. One more, I know you have one more in you.... I need that extra push and positive feedback. The equipment is state-of-the art and I get see my progress on the monitors.
I am working with Jimi at Brentwood location. He seems knowledgeable and efficient with my 20 minutes. I have never had follow through with any type of exercise program. I would suggest that you build a one and/OT two month program. Six months is a long time for someone like me. Those are the people that you really follow and hold accountable. I think I might just make it.
The one-on-one training and the fact that it's only 20 minutes makes The Exercise Coach my favorite place to workout! It's an intense workout and the trainers make sure to work around any injuries you may have. I highly recommend them!!!
