I love the flexibility in scheduling and how the trainers are ready to go as soon as you arrive. There is a great commitment to making sure to respect the 20 minute promised time. Also, for me, this format works because it is quick, I don't dread it because I figure I can do anything for 20 minutes, and with the prescheduled appointment, I have accountability. Thanks for finding a format that works for me!
Trainer is very intense and knows the exercises and science behind the machines.
He pushes you but only to your comfort zone so you will not get hurt but FEEL the burn to build muscle and lose weight. Plus, very encouraging. You can do this!
The one-on-one training is the best. Your trainer knows exactly what may or may not work for you based on previous injuries, strengths and weaknesses. And 20 minutes works!!! It's a super challenging workout and saves you from spending hours at the gym. I love it!!!
