The personnel are excellent trainers and provide motivation and encouragement to stay on the program. I am extremely impressed with the progress I have made in improving my health. This program has literally changed my life!
The one-on-one training is the best. Your trainer knows exactly what may or may not work for you based on previous injuries, strengths and weaknesses. And 20 minutes works!!! It's a super challenging workout and saves you from spending hours at the gym. I love it!!!
