I definitely think that the one on one coaching helps a lot and the best thing for me is how much easier it is to do routine activities such as yard work and snow shoveling.
I l I like many things…. the coaches and their knowledge and encouragement, the proximity to home, the length of the sessions, the ability to schedule my workouts and the program itself, where I can see my progress.
