Everything!! The facility is always clean and welcoming. The machines and programs seem to be tailored to just what I need. My strength continues to increase, and at my age (76) that’s pretty remarkable.
The staff has become like family. They seem to know when I need a hug, a cheer, or a kick in the behind. They are well trained and do their job well. If you are trying to maintain your strength or increase it, you can’t do better.

Great coaches, clean environment, good vibes! Equipment is reliable. Safety is prioritized (emphasis on proper form to protect joints). Excellent results; the method absolutely works.
I love the privacy and the excellent coaching and customer service. The computerized machines ensure the workout is challenging each time and takes the thought process out of knowing what to set weight at without being too much or too little. Each workout maximizes your effort and minimizes your time so its efficient. You're never waiting for machines or assistance! The place is spotless.
The smaller exercise atmosphere, the one to one coaching and friendly staff whose constant encouragement and praise keeps me motivated, and overall the whole experience.
I have been to a lot of places to work out. It is so nice to be in a warm comfortable place with people who listen and help with making sure your form for strength training is controlled. Because of some medical concern the coaches are always asking if I am ok. Between three back operation and a bad knee plus losing a lot of strength going through a battle with Leukemia it is a great place to start back again.
I love that I’m seeing positive results in the two 20 minute sessions each week. I’m also very grateful for the dedicated coaches that make sure my firm is right so that I’m getting the best outcome! It’s been a great and positive change in my life.
I like the 1-1 coaching. I like the encouragement. I like the fact that I feel like I got a GREAT workout in - in just 20 minutes. When I leave, my legs are like noodles! I like the fact that I don't hurt too much the next day, but definitely "feel" my muscles were worked. I like the fact that I am reminded to put my shoulders down and relax my face and neck when working out. I just think so far, I am thrilled and I look forward to seeing my results.
