I like Mike, my trainer. I like that it is only 20 minutes. I like that it is located between my home and my office. I like that I can train in my office clothes and go right to work. I like that I don't have the aches and pains I had before I started with you.
The studio is very clean and the staff members are friendly and enthusiastic about helping one get the exercise to make one feel so much better and in only 20 minutes. It is not easy, but is is so well worth all the effort. Also, in reading material about seniors and exercise, it said that strength training is best for seniors as the benefits help one keep their flexibility as well as muscle tone.
I have actually recommended The Exercise Coach and some have joined. Unfortunately they join at places that are not apart of the franchise I am at.
I like the fact that I get to work with all the coaches. that even though the routine is the same they are different based on each coaches style.
I like the fact that the room is never over crowded and that you start within minutes of your start time.
The trainers are fantastic. They continue to adapt my workouts to my body's ever changing capabilities. They are enthusiastic and committed to giving me the maximum workout in the minimum time. When I'm through with my workout, I'm spent. But they make me look forward to the next one!
I've been going to the Exercise Coach about 10 years. I really like the approach of an intense 20 minute strength training that can fit my schedule. The coaches care about my progress and customize my workouts according to my personal goals and abilities. The equipment is innovative and provides maximum challenge In a safe manner. I began as a recommendation from my doctor to help build bone density, but these workouts provide much more.
Everyone is very personable, helpful and knowledgeable. At the Exercise Coach I know my form is correct whereas if I was at a big gym chances are I would be doing the exercises incorrectly and risking injury.
i've been coming at least 10 years and really enjoy it. i thought i would go somewhere cheaper like lifetime fitness but i i know i wouldn't feel or look as good. Besides i may get to see Brian again --i forgot how to pronounce his last name.
ALSO i have the best trainer in MIKE --he pushes me to do better--the other trainers are good too.

The environment is safe because the coaching is 'real'. It is consistent, dependable, and challenging. Knowledge regarding anatomy and how each excercise will impact it to create results. Comradory exists in health benefits from muscle strengthening, nutrition, increasing one's general awareness, and basic caring. During life hardship, encouragemental prevails to continue to do the best that I can.
