I knew I needed to be in better shape to compete on my horse. I thought who doesn't have 20 minutes to make a difference. I admit I was skeptical as I've worked much harder (with dread )other places. All the trainers are very polite, friendly and supportive. They encourage me and continue to make sure I'm completing each part of the rotation correctly. The facility is very clean and well managed. The fans are great. Thanks for helping me improve my health!

The promptness of the staff was helpful. Since this was my first experience here I felt like I was the only person there-- even though the other staff and a client were working together. The connection the trainer had with me the moment I walked in made me feel welcome. The overall experience for the first time was surprisingly pleasant and I'm not dreading returning later this week.

Excellent, professional experience. Each coach is knowledgeable and caring and tailors his/her approach to the client's needs. There are so many things I like about TEC: personal training, knowledgeable and caring coaches, privacy. The Exercise Coaches work with you where you are and appropriately challenge you to be healthier. The site is clean; the equipment enables you to watch how you are doing and to make choices to exert more effort while still maintaining good form. . .thus eliminating getting hurt. I actually enjoy exercise for the first time in my life!
