I like the evidence-based strength-training methods and machines that help prevent injury for me as a person with unstable joints and chronic pain. I always know what to expect going in: things will be clean, the coaches are so friendly and encouraging, and it's only going to take 20 minutes of my day.
The trainers are professional and very encouraging. The studio is always clean. The workouts are very good and I feel like I’ve had a great workout in 20 minutes.
At the Exercise Coach, you are assigned a personal trainer at each session. They work with you and assist you during your sessions . They listen and assist you each time you workout. They are very encouraging . I value their recommendations. The Exercise Coach has made a significant change in my life!
The coaches are excellent. The results over two years have exceed my expectations. It is absolutely true that you can do anything for 20 minutes. We, my souse and I, are much stronger. We recommend it to all our friends and several joined.
The only tweak I would make would be to allow access at studios when we’re traveling. We’d like to continue on our protocols.
I particularly like and appreciate the personal instruction I receive. No matter who the exercise coach might be I feel they are well trained, have my health and wellness as a priority and all are very personable and welcoming.
The facility’s location is a plus and I’ve always found it to be neat and clean.
Most of all, I can follow my progress and this 20 minutes of intense exercise produces positive results.
