20 minutes twice a week did not seem like it would do much but I have noticed a significant improvement with my physical health, my core strength, and my mobility.
The coaches are excellent!!! They design the workouts to fit my needs and are extremely positive and encouraging. My body is stronger, I have lost weight and my health is better since joining The Exercise Coach in Cary.
It is managed very well. From the introductory evaluation covering goals and options to the actual supervised sessions, the professionalism of the owner and fellow trainers is excellent.
