First, I love that the studio is always clean, and even full of people working out doesn't smell like a teenager's locker room. I also really appreciate walking in to being greeted by staff who knows me by name and by what's going on in my life. Being able to tell them what's changing and going on has helped them really tailor workouts when it makes sense. For example, Lisa helped me identify that my right leg was doing most of the leg press work. So, she set me up on single leg workouts to help target my right leg to achieve my personal hiking goals. She's even jumped in and suggested alternative workout protocols so I don't overdo it as I'm working up to the two-legged level strength.
The coaches are great. They get to know you personally so you feel more like a friend than a client. They are very organized so it is easy to figure out what exercises you will be doing that day. They give you a text reminder of your appointment and it is easy to change your appointment, if necessary.
I like the attentive coaches even when you’re in a group session. The studio is pleasant and very clean. The exercise itself is very effective with a short time commitment. The equipment is state of the art and continually challenges you
I've had a great experience with the Castle Rock Exercise Coach studio thus far! It's close to my house and I've met many friendly people, both coaches and fellow customers. I've already lost five pounds in one month of working out here and feel more toned. The workouts change every time I come in and I've been able to surpass what I've done on each station almost every time.
Great studio and coaches- unfortunately I can’t afford the charges ( I was attending on the “renew active plan”)
