I like the team that encourages us, corrects us, directs us and cares about us. I like the machines that maximum output while minimizes trauma and problematic form. I love that the program is built to maintain muscle and keep the bones strong. I also like the short classes that packs a great workout
The staff are absolutely the best. They are always welcoming and encouraging. I like the one on one support they provide. The studio is always clean. I know my strength has improved, and although I have lost weight, I know my muscle loss has been limited due to the use of the facility. I also appreciate having access to the Exerbotics app where I can track my past performance.
Highly efficient workout that provides measured progress. The coaches are helpful and work with you on your goals. The one drawback is being unable to build a sustained, measured effort on the Carol Bike due to mechanical problems.
I see progress in my strength and balance with just 3 twenty minute sessions a week. The staff is very knowledgeable how to make me stronger and healthier.
I like the personal one-on-one training. I like that I can do a complete strength training program in less than 30 minutes per session. And best of all, I can see and feel the results of my workout.
