Highly efficient workout that provides measured progress. The coaches are helpful and work with you on your goals. The one drawback is being unable to build a sustained, measured effort on the Carol Bike due to mechanical problems.
I see progress in my strength and balance with just 3 twenty minute sessions a week. The staff is very knowledgeable how to make me stronger and healthier.
I like the personal one-on-one training. I like that I can do a complete strength training program in less than 30 minutes per session. And best of all, I can see and feel the results of my workout.
I enjoy the trainers and the workout. One of things with which I am most impressed is the way they take care of their members. I have physical issues that flare on occasion. The staff is super supportive, meets me where I am, and keeps me moving toward a goal - even when the goal posts change with my physical condition. They care and that is obvious!!

I love the one-one time with a trainer and everyone there being very encouraging. Also, I love the space. I hate going to a huge gym; this is so much more pleasant to go to.
