That I am getting direct feedback from the machines and the coach on how I am doing currently from where I started from, plus it works a variety of muscle groups that are not worked during my regular daily activities.

The staff is your best asset. They are welcoming, friendly, helpful and encouraging. The machines are encouraging, too. I love to see if I have a personal best.

Everyone is so friendly and helpful to work with. The sessions are small and there is no judgement whatsoever. They are also very flexible when I need to change my schedule. The best thing about the Exercise Coach is that it’s doable. Twice a week for 20 minutes I can do, 5 times a week at 40 minutes, to get the same results, I won’t do.
