I love the Exercise Coach! It's a great workout and I feel like it's safe for my 56-year-old body. The resistance training is wonderful for people over 50, especially women for bone health. Matt's terrific too as is everyone that is hired there. I would still love an area to stretch in after and maybe even integrate that as part of the workout (10 minutes). I always recommend to everyone. It's expensive though so many people can't justify the expense. I also really appreciate the ability to pause when I travel; vacations and my 3 months away or even illness.
For me, this weekly routine works very well. The accountability, setting the schedule each week helps me to stay disciplined and on track.
The coaches are so good to work with and helpful in guiding my progress. Encouraging as well.
The method of these machines plus no distractions of large crowds is something I feel very comfortable with.
It's not big like the big chain gyms. You get in and out. Not waiting in line or watching people stand around the equipment talking while you are trying to get your workout done.
Love the Exercise Coach. My coaches are fantastic. I've been going for a little over a year and appreciate the actual results from 20 minutes, two times a week!
First of all, the attentive coaches, Lora & Matt are just wonderful and helpful and makes sure I’m doing things properly! Nice uncrowded atmosphere! Get in and out feeling refreshed after a good workout!
