The machines are superior quality; a pleasure to workout on! Exercise Coach minimized the difficulty of “getting started,” after many years of not being able to exercise much. The combination of 1:1 coaching and the amazing software/technology that customizes the machines to my body size & strength feels like physical therapy. The coaches are excellent!
