It is clean, comfortable and with xtremely friendly staff. They are well trained and very helpful being with me on each machine. The studio is well located and the machines are new and have helped me tremendously. I have gained the strength and balance that I needed. I would recommend this regime to anyone looking for strengthening exercises.
