The studio is clean, machines are in good working order. It is well organized and staffed by informed and enthusiastic people who direct you to your workout for the day. The workout is redesigned each 10 days to vary the muscle groups.
It's clean, relaxing music, not a large facility, and very professional trainers. I like i have a personal trainer and they help with any issues your body is facing.
