A very clean, well organized, and efficient studio. The staff are very helpful in ensuring proper stance and form before performing any exercise exercises. They work hard to cater to any special needs. A client may have in order to get the most out of their session. I really appreciate the care here.
Initially, I was very skeptical about the likelihood of any health value in two 20-minute sessions a week. However, I was wrong.
I am delighted the trainers are top notch, the equipment is maintained, the studio is convenient to my home, the 20-minute commitment is easy to meet, and the numbers on the machines match the improvements I see in my muscle tone.
1. Short time needed suits my needs to stay mobile and otherwise healthy while aging.
2. Small venue with limited other folks is comfortable.
3. Execises are safe (I was injured in other gyms).
4. Good personal trainers; short sessions make them affordable.
5. The app and generally available times make scheduling flexible and simple.
5. Computerized machines with progress feedback and local, individualized program design are a big help.
The staff trainers are very friendly and approachable throughout the sessions, and are focused on giving attention to each individual’s needs even in a group setting.
It’s simplicity. Show up, listen to the coaching, work hard, get results. I haven’t had to second-guess whether the trainer is going to get me hurt or waste my time.
