I like the trainers who are very knowledgeable about exercise science and motivate you to do your best in the training sessions. I also like the small size of the group sessions.
I love the relationships that we've built with the coaches and the camaraderie between other folks we see there. Even if you don't know them, they are free with well wishes for a good workout!
Its’s great working with the staff. We usually work with Evan. He’s great. We also like James and Stan. Resistance training works and they accommodate to our needs. A disciplined way to get the strength training we need.
All the staff I have worked with have been great. They have been really good at helping me learn proper form and encouraging me. The level of personal instruction and coaching has been amazing.
I like that the progress is tracked and I know Im not doing too much or too little. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Oh yeah, and Ive gotten great results.
