Personalized training, not thinking about what to do next, not counting, and finishing in twenty minutes in only 2 sessions a week. It’s reduced my gym time by at least half or more, and I’m getting better results.
I love Exercise Coach! I like the quick but effective workouts. My trainer, Ben, is really good a giving me additional exercises to target specific areas to make sure that I am progressing toward my goals. I have lost 20 pounds in the 7 months that I have been a member!
I very much enjoy be coached by Sam. He is very encouraging, and nicely pushes me. He is also quick to compliment effort. I also find him to be personable and enjoy a little chatting while working.
Peter is also good, I just don't see him as often when I schedule my sessions.

I started going to The Exercise Coach to build my strength following cancer treatment and drug therapy complications. 20 minute sessions twice per week is doable and yet challenging, and the coaches are there to instruct and motivate. I’ve been going for 2 months now and love seeing the progress I’ve made as I continue to become stronger. This is great for anyone, at any fitness level, who wants to gain strength (and health) without spending hours at the gym every week, or who doesn’t stay motivated working out at home. I feel like it was made for me.
The studio has such a welcoming atmosphere, and that has made all the difference for me. As someone who isn’t in the best shape, large gyms can feel overwhelming, and in the past I’d go for a few months and then stop. The Exercise Coach has been a completely different experience. The 20‑minute sessions are manageable, effective, and something I can stay consistent with.
I’ve trained with both Ben and Croix, and they’ve been wonderful to work with. They’re knowledgeable, supportive, and great at pushing me in a way that still feels attainable and never pressured. For the first time, I feel confident, encouraged, and truly supported in my fitness journey
The trainers are all very good at helping make sure you push yourself, doing the exercises the correct way. I always feel that I have gotten a good workout, when I am done.
I like the fact I can do this in 20 minutes, but I feel that I worked out longer.
