I am so happy with Justin and that is the main reason, I am using your facility since May 2023 on a continuous basis. But so far I do not see that much changes in my body but it may be since I have never pay attention to strength training until I was 67 years old and it must be taking a very long time to built the strength. Recently I signed up for a stretch exercise also with Justin. I hope my money is not going in the drain.

The team is super reliable and supportive. I started in individual sessions and moved to a group session. Justin and Fran are attentive and encouraging. I thought I might have received more milestone ’check-ins’ in the past 6 months (I envisioned a conversation about how I felt about achieving my goals… more than just what the machine based feedback shared). When I brought up this expectation to Justin, he apologized and we had a good conversation. Also he didn’t realize I didn’t have the app… all fixed and I’ll initiate if I have additional needs as he was eager to pivot to be sure I was satisfied.

Super nice coaches , nice atmosphere. Coschrs encourage youvto do your max however also aware of limitations.
